We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Nymburk where 3rd placedPolabi (12-11) was defeated by fourth ranked Brno 2 (11-12) 100-91 on Sunday. Brno 2 shot the lights out from three sinking 18 long-distance shots on high 52.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for swingman Viktor Ivanek (200-2006) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Guard Jan Strasak (190-1998) helped adding 30 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side point guard Theodor Dlugos (183-1997) responded with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Martin Kolar (199-1998) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Brno 2 maintains fourth place with 11-12 record, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Polabi keeps the third position with 11 games lost.
